Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Associate, Claims & Risk Management to join our team in Boulder, CO. This role supports day-to-day claims management, reporting, and insurance program administration, with primary focus on Workers’ Compensation and additional support for Property, Subrogation, and Commercial Auto as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of workers’ compensation claims experience.
• Strong Excel and data skills; RMIS platforms like Riskonnect.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support claims management, reporting, and insurance program administration.
• Monitor WC claims through lifecycle; coordinate with TPAs and sites.
• Build and validate dashboards; analyze loss data for trends and actions.
• Support subrogation, litigation coordination, and risk mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with Legal and internal teams on claim strategy and documentation.
