Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in casualty/workers' compensation claims.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience with liability, subrogation and auto liability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage workers’ compensation, general and auto liability claims.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and internal teams on investigations and documentation.
• Develop claim metrics and communicate trends to management.
• Support safety loss control and regulatory compliance.
