ClaimSorted in downtown Dallas is seeking an early-career Claims Handler to own a desk end-to-end—from first notification of loss to resolution. You will communicate with policyholders throughout the journey, making well-documented decisions and maintaining thorough records.

We require 1–2 years of adjusting experience and a Texas All-Lines Adjuster license. This role offers a fast-track path in a high-growth InsurTech environment that rewards performance and rapid development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution

• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown)

• Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state

• 1–2 years of adjusting experience

• Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently

• A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone

• Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work

• Comfortable using data to make decisions

• Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious

• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
