Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing: Home State required
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: Multi State

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing mid- to higher-level liability claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to carriers and responding to directions promptly.
