CRC Group seeks a Claims Principal to lead in-house claims operations for its FEDS Protection program. You will oversee high-value professional liability claims, set policies, drive improvements, and partner with senior leadership to optimize strategies that align with organizational goals.

Requires extensive claims management and regulatory expertise. This in-office role may offer full-time remote work depending on experience and fit.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Law, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in claims management or insurance operations.
• Experience leading large teams and enterprise-wide claims strategy.
• Proven track record adjusting professional liability claims on 'claims made' forms and policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-complexity and high-value claims from intake through resolution.
• Develop and implement strategic claims policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant claims handling.
• Collaborate with executive management to align claims strategies with business objectives and financial goals.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and recommend process enhancements or system improvements.
• Drive innovation in claims processes through the evaluation and adoption of technology and automation solutions.
