Job summary

Argo Group is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to lead claims data reporting and visualization efforts. This 100% in‑office role will focus on building reports and dashboards for the U.S.

Claims Data Solutions Team, with work conducted across several office locations and standard business hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data/compliance within claims, strong Power BI/SQL skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in data/compliance.
• Minimum five years' experience in data/compliance within claims or similar
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SQL-based tools
• Experience with data profiling software and writing/reading SQL code
• Understanding of claims compliance reporting and ISO/NCCI familiarity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English and ability to work on-site in multiple U.S. locations

Responsibilities

• Lead data reporting initiatives for the U.S. Claims Data Solutions Team.
• Gather, transform, and analyze claims data from multiple systems; tell the data story.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with compliance directives.
• Collaborate with IT to implement best practices for data collection and integrity.
• Mentor staff and coordinate prioritization of reporting requests.
• Serve as main liaison for reporting needs with internal and external partners
