Job summary

Argo Group in-office role as Technical Data Analyst leads the US Claims Data Solutions Team. You will build and distribute claims reports and visualizations, serving as the primary liaison for reporting requests and ensuring data accuracy and governance.

The position is fully on-site with opportunities to collaborate across multiple offices, including Chicago, IL, NY, CA, and NE locations. Requires strong SQL, Power BI skills and deep understanding of claims operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience focused on data and compliance in a claims environment or equivalent data gathering/analysis.
• Experience supporting specialty programs and partnering with TPAs, MGAs, or outside vendors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; two or more related designations or four additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manipulate claims data from multiple operating systems, conduct analysis, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Support US Claims compliance with governance directives and assist Claims Compliance and Data Manager on projects as needed.
• Manage the Reporting Calendar to ensure equitable distribution of work within data team.
• Mentor staff and ensure collaboration on data and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as the key Claims business contact for reporting requests and prioritize analysis.
