AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Claims Analytics Specialist Lead to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions across specialized claims lines, partnering with claims leaders to shape analytics strategy and drive actionable improvements.

You will build a robust data infrastructure with Data Engineering and Data Governance, design dashboards for senior leadership and cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial or operational reporting or analytics.
• Strong familiarity with the Claims and Insurance industry.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI software; strong DAX knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as Git, DAX Studio, PBI Helper, Visual Studio Pro.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of actuarial and finance concepts including triangles, headcount & productivity and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Claims department leaders to identify and fulfill complex reporting needs.
• Lead development of a robust data infrastructure with Data Engineering and Governance teams.
• Gain a deep understanding of business processes and the data that drives them.
• Design and develop reports for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Claims leadership and partners.
• Mentor junior team members in report and code development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
