Qualifications

• Strong claim technical skills and knowledge of liability, coverage, and damages.
• Adjuster licenses required for various States.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts complex claims and directs defense counsel and vendors.
• Assists Claims Manager in exposure identification and resolution.
• Maintains compliance with applicable laws across US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Communicates updates to field operations, counsel, and carriers.
• Supervises outside vendors to ensure compliant handling.
• Recommends reserves based on file developments.
• Resolves complex high-exposure claims against Ryder and insureds.
