Qualifications

• 8+ years in a commercial lines claims administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Deep understanding of multiple commercial lines coverage.
• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage C-suite.
• Team-focused with collaborative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct claim reviews with service plan; monitor financial impact and report results.
• Negotiate with carriers to develop special account instructions.
• Analyze loss trends and tailor service plan to reduce claims costs.
• Advocate for clients on denials, reservation of rights, and coverage positions.
• Assist client with evaluation and reporting of complex claims.
• Review reserving accuracy on specific claims.
• Develop action plans and assist with high-exposure claim resolutions.
• Provide guidance on litigation and medical management solutions.
• Collaborate with risk control and analytics teams to reduce total cost of risk.
• Contribute insights in USI team huddles.
• Navigate EPL, D&O, and E&O claims for clients.
• Evaluate TPAs and implement TPA or carrier alongside client.
• Stay current with carriers/TPAs, trends, and key case law.
