You will build relationships, interpret contract documents, and develop complete cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and related items for projects in the commercial high-end cladding sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial high-end cladding projects and estimating costs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and contract documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete cost estimates for cladding and building envelopes.
• Prepare and present proposals to General Contractors and Architects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project teams.
• Coordinate with project teams and verify contract compliance.
