Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Salesperson/Estimator to build relationships with General Contractors and Architects and prepare complete job cost estimates from contract documents. The role emphasizes development and presentation of proposals for high-end cladding and building envelope systems.

You will analyze schematic plans and blueprints, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive project opportunities through to award.

Qualifications

• Experience in cladding construction is preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Develop and present building estimates for cladding, façade and building envelope systems.
• Prepare and present proposals based on contract documents.
• Coordinate with project teams on cost and scheduling.
