Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Salesperson / Estimator to drive sales growth and prepare comprehensive project estimates for cladding and building envelope systems. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with General Contractors and Architects to win high-end commercial projects.

The candidate will develop proposals, review contract documents, and guide projects from estimate to award, leveraging knowledge of building components and codes.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to work well under pressure and use computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Cladding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating technique.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships; existing industry relationships are a plus.
• Maintain knowledge of architectural cladding designs and planning principles.
• Develop and present building estimates for cladding, façade and building envelope systems.
