Stetson Engineers Inc. is seeking a senior civil/water design engineer responsible for preparing plans and specifications, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and providing engineering support during project construction. The engineer will coordinate internal and external resources, including subconsultants, to complete projects within budget and on schedule. Interaction with clients, regulatory, and permitting agencies is also required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college;
2. Registration as a Professional Engineer; registration in California is a plus;
3. At least 10 years of progressive experience in designing civil and water resources projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, groundwater treatment, and disinfection systems;
4. Good verbal and written communication skills;
5. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a project team;
7. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for at least two years.
