• Maintain ongoing client relationships and pursue new project opportunities.
• Prepare technical sections of proposals and participate in interviews.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control project team activities, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Primary responsibility for quality control and client contact on each project.
• Coach and mentor staff; coordinate staff resources across offices.
• Participate in contract negotiations and approve client billings.
• Meet or exceed group and individual performance goals.
• Communicate project requirements to all team members.
• Allocate firm resources to start/stop orders per contract requirements.
