Job summary

Stantec in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a Project Manager - Roadways Engineering to lead a team on transportation projects, supervise tasks, review work for accuracy, and maintain project schedules while coordinating with other disciplines to deliver safe, modern roadways and interchanges.

You will have a bachelor’s or higher in civil engineering, a Louisiana PE or eligibility within six months, and at least 10 years of progressive transportation engineering and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10 years of progressive transportation engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of engineers on roadway projects.
• Assign tasks, review work for accuracy, and maintain schedules.
• Lead roadway design efforts for urban/rural projects including interchanges and multi-modal facilities.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver integrated plan sets.
