Responsibilities include technical direction, cost control, scheduling, and client coordination. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with PE registration and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration highly preferred.
• 10+ years of civil/structural engineering and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all civil/structural deliverables.
• Validate professional services and construction estimates; track changes.
• Perform stress analysis, specifications, material procurement specs, calculations.
• Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies for efficient approaches.
• Establish design criteria meeting codes and client requirements; manage permits.
• Lead project team planning, communication, and progress tracking.
