Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Beaumont, TX seeks a Structural Engineering Resource Leader to supervise a team of engineers and deliver civil/structural projects on time and within budget. You will set technical direction, review deliverables, and coordinate with clients and other disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in civil/structural engineering, PE registration preferred, strong estimation and scheduling skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (required). Structural coursework preferred.
• Professional Engineering registration highly preferred.
• 10+ years of civil/structural engineering and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve civil/structural deliverables.
• Validate professional services and construction estimates at project onset.
• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling and quality control for projects.
