Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• PE license preferred or required in the region.
• Minimum 8+ years of electrical power delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil-structural design for substation projects, including foundations and structures.
• Provide responsible charge engineering duties and supervise project work.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Support proposals, cost estimating, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
