• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/structural design for HV substations or large infrastructure.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Experience with project interfaces and design risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil, structural and architectural design across multiple packages.
• Review drawings and calculations for standards compliance.
• Lead interface meetings with electrical, mechanical and civil teams.
• Monitor design programme and support timely deliverables.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and mentor the team.
