The role emphasizes coordination with Project Managers and Estimating, ensuring projects are staffed, scheduled, and executed to plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Field Superintendent role.
• Background of technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.
• 10+ years of prior site work experience; construction software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field leaders, foremen, and crews across projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to plan daily/weekly activities.
• Ensure materials and resources align with the activities plan.
• Oversee safety, budgets, and productivity in field operations.
