A leading construction contractor is seeking an Earthwork Superintendent to provide onsite management for construction projects in the United States. The successful candidate will oversee all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient resource management. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, extensive construction supervision experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; a four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in Construction Supervision.
• OSHA 30 hour training required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management.
• Supervise construction efforts ensuring compliance with design and budget.
• Manage subcontractors and provide feedback on performance.
• Document quality control inspections and conduct investigations of incidents.
