Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED; a four-year Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of and experience in Construction Supervision.
OSHA 30 hour training required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management.
Supervise construction efforts ensuring compliance with design and budget.
Manage subcontractors and provide feedback on performance.
Document quality control inspections and conduct investigations of incidents.
