Job summary

Geotex Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Sitework/Mainline Superintendent to lead field operations in Central Ohio. You will supervise field leaders and crews, coordinate with PMs and estimating, and ensure projects are staffed, scheduled, and executed to plan, budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Field Superintendent role.
• 10+ years of site work experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to read contracts, blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field leaders and supervise foremen and crews.
• Promote safety and maintain high customer service standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Estimating on staffing and schedules.
• Prepare look-ahead and implement daily/weekly activity plans.
• Manage materials, resources, and subcontractors as needed.
