Job summary

Nbutexas in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Sr. Civil Site Project Manager to lead diverse civil site development projects for public and private clients. This role focuses on site planning, grading, stormwater systems, and infrastructure design, with collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8–15 years of civil site experience, a PE license, and proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD to drive high-quality, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 8-15 years of civil site design and land development experience.
• Experience with private/public sector projects.
• Proficient in Civil3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support civil site development projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility designs.
• Perform site layout, roadway design, and infrastructure planning in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD to prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically sound project delivery.
• Review and interpret technical reports, including geotechnical, environmental, and traffic studies.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and support project management tasks as needed.
