Unity Staffing Services, LLC in Denton, Texas is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee municipal and site-development projects within a national team. The selected candidate will guide engineers and designers from concept through completion.

Required is a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of civil experience, and Texas PE registration or ability to obtain licensure, plus strong leadership and multi-project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience.
• Current Texas Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain Texas licensure.
• Strong project-management and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop civil engineering plans.
• Manage projects, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.

• Prepare engineering and project reports.
• Produce clear technical writing and documentation.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Support business-development activities.
• Coordinate multiple long-term projects and immediate assignments concurrently.
• Work effectively independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
