Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee design delivery, QA/QC, and permitting processes with agencies.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with Staff Engineers, Senior Staff Engineers, and Technicians.
• Monitor and drive revenue across assigned projects ($500k–$1M+ annually).
• Collaborate with leadership to address billing, accounts receivable, and project costs.
