Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE required).
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site engineering standards.
• Working knowledge of DOT, local municipal codes, and permitting requirements.
• Ability to review, approve, and provide direction on design documents and technical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site design projects from concept through construction.
• Provide direction on design constraints and engineering best practices.
• Oversee QA/QC and deliver design packages.
• Lead permitting and approvals with agencies and stakeholders.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
