Qualifications

• BSCE in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• PE licensure required or pursued.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.
• Expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site engineering standards.
• Working knowledge of DOT, local municipal codes, and permitting requirements.
• Ability to review, approve, and provide direction on design documents and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site design and municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Establish project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with agencies for permitting and approvals and lead public hearings as needed.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines and monitor progress against objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain positive relationships while pursuing new opportunities.
