Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE required).
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Experience with grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site engineering standards.
• Working knowledge of DOT, local municipal codes, and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site design and municipal infrastructure projects from concept to construction.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue across projects.
• Oversee permitting and agency approvals.
• Coordinate with Team Leader on design delivery and QA/QC.
• Represent the firm in meetings and public hearings.
