Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE required).
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive civil/site design or municipal infrastructure experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil‑3D and related design tools.
• Expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site engineering standards.
• Working knowledge of DOT, local municipal codes, and permitting requirements.
• Ability to review, approve, and provide direction on design documents and technical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams in civil/site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Establish project schedules, deliverables, and milestones; manage scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and oversee revenue across assigned projects and monitor financial performance.
• Represent the firm in client interactions, coordinating with stakeholders and attending meetings.
• Lead permitting and approval processes with agencies and coordinate with leadership.
