Job summary

Resource Hub Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager – Civil/Site to lead civil/site and land development projects from planning through design, approvals, and construction support at our Wall Township, NJ office. The role requires a PE license in New Jersey and 10+ years of site engineering and development experience.

You will manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and coordinate with clients, boards, regulators, and subconsultants while pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active NJ PE license mandatory.
• 10+ years' site engineering and land development experience.
• Experience testifying before municipal boards as expert witness.
• Proven success in business development and client relationships.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC.
• Willing to work onsite five days in Wall Township, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site and land development projects from planning through construction support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; pursue repeat business.
• Identify new clients and support business development initiatives.
• Assist with proposals, RFQs, pursuits, and fee estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, boards, regulators, subconsultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Establish QA/QC procedures for each project.
• Monitor costs, schedules, productivity, and financial performance.
