French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager in Geotechnical to lead complex geotechnical projects from concept through construction, headquartered in Wall Township, NJ. You will mentor engineers, manage client relations, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, innovative solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with focus on project management and leadership.
• Experience with geotechnical site investigations, foundation design, soil-structure interaction, and remedial solutions.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and interacting with clients.
• Strong technical geotechnical expertise and software tools for analysis.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (occasional overnight stays).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Additional certifications such as Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects from inception through completion, on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong client, stakeholder, and regulatory relationships.
• Oversee design and analysis of geotechnical aspects including foundation design and slope stability.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, geologists, and technicians.
• Prepare and review geotechnical investigation reports and technical specs.
• Ensure high quality control and provide feedback to team.
• Develop project budgets, track costs, and monitor schedules.
• Identify new opportunities, support proposals and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
