• Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development.
• Candidate should have Experience testifying before municipal boards as an expert witness to support project approvals.
• Candidate should have demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and cross-selling multidisciplinary services.
• Candidate should have strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, financial management, resource allocation, risk management, and QA/QC procedures.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey (Mandatory).
