Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university.
5+ years of civil engineering experience in land development design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or pursuing licensure with near-term attainment.
Strong command of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of land development projects.
Prepare and review grading, drainage, utilities, roadway, and stormwater designs.
Develop plans, calculations, and construction documents using Civil 3D/AutoCAD.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors.
Prepare reports, permit applications, and supporting analyses for approvals.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight across projects.
