French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a Project Manager for the Civil/Site Department. The role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow existing projects, and pursuing new business in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering and Land Development.
• Must have New Jersey PE License.
• Experience testifying before municipal Boards as an expert witness for project approvals.
• Strong business acumen with track record of cross-selling multi-discipline services.
• Promotes a business culture aligned with Board of Directors’ vision.
• High awareness of Risk Management and avoidance of disputes with clients/owners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close relationship with clients and identify extensions/add-ons and new projects.
• Identify leads within existing clients and sell services of other departments.
• Seek leads for new clients and coordinate with Department Manager.
• Attend trade shows to generate prospective and existing client opportunities.
• Develop RFQ strategies and prepare proposals with budgets and timelines.
• Prepare sub-consultant recommendations and coordinate with Marketing and other disciplines.
• Review contract documents with Corporate Support and ensure insurance requirements.
• Establish project work plans, QA/QC processes, budgets and staffing.
• Meet with client project managers to report progress and manage change orders.
• Monitor project cost data and ensure timely client receivables and filing.
