Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager for our Civil/Site Department in Wall, NJ.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, pursuing extensions and new work, coordinating proposals, and ensuring contract and insurance requirements are met. The role requires 10+ years in site engineering and a NJ PE license, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage project budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering and Land Development.
• New Jersey PE license is required.
• Experience testifying before municipal boards as an expert witness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close relationship with clients and identify opportunities for extensions and add-ons to existing projects.
• Identify leads for new clients and coordinate results with the Department Manager.
• Prepare proposals at the request of the Department Manager and coordinate with Marketing Services.
• Review contract documents and insurance requirements before project start.
• Establish a project work plan, budget, and schedule; assign staff accordingly.
• Meet with client Project Managers and key client employees to update progress.
• Submit change orders promptly and monitor project cost data.
