Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of estimating experience in heavy civil/road construction.
• Solid experience with estimating software and blueprint reading.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience training/supervising assistant estimators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for cost estimates.
• Create and submit job-specific contract proposals.
• Engage clients regarding scope and pricing.
• Maintain connection with project during construction.
