Three Notch Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an Engineer IV to serve as the senior technical and client leader for our Civil Site Practice. You will lead high-quality site development and municipal projects while building trusted relationships with North Carolina clients and guiding the technical staff.

The role requires NC-registered Professional Engineer licensure, extensive NC project experience, and the ability to manage complex scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering; NC PE license and 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience serving North Carolina clients, including municipalities, utilities, or authorities.
• Design and permitting of site-development projects (site plans, grading, stormwater, utilities).
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; strong client relationship skills.

• Lead client relationships and deliverables for NC projects.
• Oversee site-development and municipal design documents.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule with QA/QC.
• Mentor engineers toward licensure and professional growth.
• Support business development and regional growth initiatives.
