Job summary
Three Notch Group seeks an Engineer IV to lead the Utility Practice in Asheville or Charlotte, NC. You will drive advanced water and wastewater projects, mentor staff, and build NC client relationships while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals.
The role requires NC-licensed PE, strong technical leadership, and ability to develop business opportunities with regional clients, supported by a collaborative team across disciplines.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
- North Carolina PE license required.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of water and wastewater projects with constructible outputs.
- Manage client relationships and business development activities in NC.
- Coordinate with practice and regional leadership on complex tasks.
- Review designs, plans, and specifications for quality and compliance.
- Mentor engineers and staff toward licensure and leadership.
