Olsson in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee the deliverables for small-to-mid sized projects across the full life cycle. You will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure timely completion of engineering and design work while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 8+ years of site design experience, and is a licensed PE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Experience with Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project teams and assigns responsibilities to align skills with objectives.
• Defines project scope, schedule, and budget and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Develops budgets, reviews costs, and tracks adherence to protect client satisfaction and project success.
• Secures resources for all stages and manages risk to minimize impact.
• Leads routine project meetings and maintains project records.
