Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector - Civil for field-based work on major civil projects. You will verify that earthwork, foundations, concrete work, utilities, and site development meet project specs and codes, while mentoring inspectors and supporting QA programs.

Ideal candidates bring extensive civil QC and field inspection experience, drawing interpretation skills, and a strong safety and problem-solving mindset to ensure issue-free execution and compliance on

Formación

• Technical school certification, trade qualification, or engineering technology degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in civil quality control, inspection, or field engineering in industrial or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings and QC documentation, and to apply codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, labs, and third-party inspectors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed inspections of earthwork, foundations, concrete, and utilities.
• Verify conformance with drawings, specs, and standards; document non-conformances.
• Review test reports and witness laboratory testing and field verifications.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior inspectors and support QA programs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
