Commercial Contracting Corporation in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead self-perform civil construction including earthwork, utilities, and site development. You will coordinate field operations, manage crews, review plans, and drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Formación

• Education and experience as a Civil/Superintendent in heavy civil.
• 10+ years of progressive civil construction experience including self-perform operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all field operations for civil and excavation from mobilization to project completion.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term work plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and logistics to maximize productivity.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, utility plans, geotechnical reports, and project schedules to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Management to develop execution plans and address challenges.
• Monitor daily production goals and implement corrective actions to maintain performance.
• Ensure milestones are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
