Job summary

Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Civil to lead large-scale industrial, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects from planning through closeout. You will oversee earthwork, utilities, site development, and drainage systems while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

You will drive preconstruction activities, manage contracts and risk, mentor teams, and contribute to the Civil Group’s growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in civil construction.
• Experience leading self-perform civil work including earthwork, site development, and utilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, profitable delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project financial performance, contract compliance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide civil construction expertise during proposal development, client presentations, and startup activities.
