Job summary

Environmental Allies, LLC is seeking a Civil Project Manager to supervise and coordinate complex civil projects in Houston. You will lead project teams, interface with owners, designers, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and safety requirements under OSHA and internal policies.

A degree in civil engineering or construction management with 5–8 years of experience, including TxDOT and major highway work, is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5-8 years in construction with TxDOT/major highway project experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel and coordinate safety, quality, and maintenance policies on project sites.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Review billings, manage change orders, and ensure accurate job cost reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Collaborate with owners, designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
