This role focuses on supervising various civil design projects, ensuring satisfaction for clients while aligning with our core values. The successful candidate will handle project development from preliminary design to construction.

Ideal applicants will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a PE license, and over 8 years of related experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with 10+ preferred.
• Experience managing 20 projects from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with local government design criteria and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects from design to completion.
• Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project budgets.
