Fehr Graham in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead projects from planning through construction, serving as a primary client contact and guiding multidisciplinary teams. You’ll manage scope, schedule and budgets, prepare proposals and reports, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license is required.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships is essential.
• Understanding of civil infrastructure and project delivery processes is needed.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams is necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports and technical documents.
