Job summary

Marquee Asset Management, LLC seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering work for multifamily development projects. You will oversee site development, infrastructure design review, budgeting, and coordination with architects, contractors, and owners.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget, with travel to varied sites as needed. PE is a plus and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years in civil engineering project management; 7+ years in multifamily or land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, Procore, and Office.
• PE license is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver civil scopes for multifamily projects on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate site development, utilities, stormwater, and road design with design teams.
• Lead stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Ensure permitting compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Mentor project teams and manage project documentation.
