The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in land development, a PE license, and California registration is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license.
• 8–12 years of land development experience; California registration preferred.
• Technical experience in hydrology and hydraulics, mapping, and earthwork calculations; strong communication skills.
