Requires PE license, 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; this is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSCE required; PE license mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years civil engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership, PM, or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in land development and site design.
• Experience in private civil engineering or consulting.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scopes, contracts, and teams.
• Knowledge of CA civil engineering standards and permitting.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through construction.
• Provide technical direction and ensure design quality and compliance.
• Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and consultants to obtain approvals.
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff and designers.
• Prepare and review construction documents and plans.
