Qualifications

• PE license required with 10+ years in civil engineering and land development.

• Proven client-facing communication and proposal planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from conception to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and municipal officials.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and work plans for successful execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Support business development, proposals, networking, and client relationships.
• Oversee projects across commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and redevelopment sectors.
